Greek Chicken Thighs

This Greek chicken recipe has simple ingredients and is packed with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs boneless
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 lemon
  • zest of lemon
  • 1 tsbp olive oil
  • s+p

Instructions

  • Heat skillet to medium-high heat and add oil
  • Pat chicken dry and season top of thigh with s+p, garlic powder and oregano
  • Place the seasoned side in the pan and sear until golden brown
  • Zest lemon over the back of the thigh and season with s+p
  • Flip chicken to sear the bottom and continue cooking
  • Once the chicken is almost fully cooked, squeeze the lemon juice all over the chicken and let cook for about 5 minutes
  • Let chicken rest under foil for about 5-10 minutes before serving!
