Y’all – One night I was in a hurry to make dinner [per usual] and I came up with this wonderful family-style Greek inspired meal. I love when we have a dinner that is served family-style. It makes for effortless presentation with an easy clean up!
For the chicken, I think thighs are the most flavorful cut of chicken to use – HANDS DOWN! Bone-in is even MORE flavorful but that adds to the cooking time and I usually don’t have time for that on a weeknight. This Greek chicken recipe has simple ingredients and is packed with flavor!
I don’t know about you, but I love potatoes!!! My meal is usually complete if I have a side of potatoes or FRIES! The feta + dill drizzle in this recipe elevates these sweet potatoes to another level. I used the leftover drizzle to top the chicken with as well! It is delicious – I use it on a couple of other recipes that I will be sharing soon so keep an eye out!
Give it a try and let me know what your family thinks about being served FAMILY-style!
